'Fans really need clarity': Sunderland supporters' group call for takeover updated as uncertainty continues

But that meeting was postponed owing to the ‘advancement and sensitivity’ of takeover talks at the Stadium of Light.

Hide AdIt was later revealed that Kyril Louis-Dreyfus and Juan Sartori were in advanced talks over a deal to purchase a majority shareholding in Sunderland.
The club are yet to publicly comment on the ongoing takeover talks.
But in a brief statement posted on social media on Friday evening, RAWA have called for clarity over the ongoing uncertainty over the club’s ownership.
They said: “We've again chased SAFC for an official update on the potential takeover & to rearrange the postponed meeting.
